Vertix Soft (“we,” “us,” or “our”) publishes multiple Android apps on Google Play, including navigation and mapping tools, weather utilities, fitness/workout apps, and productivity utilities like resume builders. This account-wide Privacy Policy explains our general practices across all apps in this developer account. Each app’s Google Play “Data safety” disclosure and any in-app notices remain the source of truth for that app and version. Google Play

We’ve also kept continuity with your existing privacy page (Free Apps Zone / Vertix Soft), which emphasizes permission-based access (e.g., Location, Storage) and on-device data handling. Google Sites

1) What data we may process

Because our portfolio spans different categories, the actual data used depends on the specific app and the features you choose to use. Common categories include:

  • Location (maps/navigation apps; permission-based): Precise or approximate location to show your position on the map, calculate routes, nearby places/traffic, or render map tiles. We do not keep location history on our own servers. Mapping SDKs (e.g., Mapbox) may receive location signals after you grant permission. Google Play
  • App diagnostics & crash data: Limited device/OS metadata and crash traces to fix stability issues (e.g., via Firebase Crashlytics).
  • Usage analytics (aggregated): Events like first opens, active users, device models/OS versions to improve features and reliability (e.g., via Firebase Analytics).
  • Advertising data (ad-supported apps): Signals required to serve, cap, and measure ads; ad personalization depends on your region and consent (e.g., via AdMob).
  • Storage/Files/Media (utilities): If a feature needs local file access (e.g., caching maps, generating a resume PDF), processing typically occurs on your device; we do not upload your private documents to our servers unless an app explicitly states otherwise.
  • Network information: To check connectivity or fetch content (e.g., tiles, traffic, weather data) as needed by the feature.

No mandatory login: None of our listed apps require you to create an account to use core features. Always check the individual app’s Play listing for the most current “Data safety” details. Google Play

2) How we use data

  • Provide core functionality: e.g., show your location on a map, compute routes, render map/traffic tiles; display weather; enable workouts; generate resume files. Google Play
  • Maintain and improve apps: diagnose crashes, measure reliability, prevent abuse.
  • Support a free experience: show ads (where applicable).

3) Third-party services we use

(Not every app uses every SDK; see each app’s Play listing for specifics.)

4) Data sharing

  • We do not sell personal data.
  • We share data only with the service providers listed above so we can operate app features (maps, analytics, crash reporting, ads) and to comply with the law.

5) Data storage & retention

  • We do not store your location history or your private files on our own servers.
  • Third-party providers may retain limited data under their policies (e.g., crash logs, aggregated analytics). See their policy links above for details.

6) Legal bases (where applicable)

  • Consent: location access, analytics/ads where regional laws require consent (e.g., EEA/UK).
  • Legitimate interests: security, fraud prevention, service quality and reliability.
  • Contract/performance: delivering requested features (e.g., route calculation, weather, resume export).

7) Your choices & controls

  • Android permissions: Grant/deny permissions (Location, Storage/Files, Camera, Notifications, etc.) in system settings at any time. Some features may not work without the related permission.
  • Ads & consent: Where required, our apps show a consent dialog for ad personalization. You can also adjust ad personalization in your Google settings.
  • Analytics/Crash reporting: Where supported, we respect app-level or OS-level controls to limit analytics or crash logging.
  • Uninstall/Clear data: You can clear app data or uninstall to remove data stored locally.

8) Children’s privacy

Our apps are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under the minimum age required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9) International transfers

Our service providers (e.g., Google/Firebase, Mapbox) may process data on servers outside your country. They describe applicable safeguards in their privacy policies (linked above).

10) Security

We use industry-standard measures and reputable SDKs/cloud providers. No method is 100% secure, but we work continuously to improve protections.

11) Your rights & how to request deletion/access

Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, delete, correct, restrict, or object to processing, and to withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing.

Contact us (primary route)

Email freeappszone4you@gmail.com with:

  • The app name (from our Play listing),
  • Your country/region, and
  • Your request (e.g., Delete my data, Access my data).

Where a third-party provider acts on our behalf (e.g., crash logs or analytics), we will coordinate with that provider as the data controller for our apps. Your existing policy provides the same contact channel. Google Sites

Request deletion/controls directly with providers (if applicable to your data)

You can also revoke Android permissions (e.g., Location, Storage) in system settings to stop access immediately and clear app data to remove data stored locally.

12) Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our apps or laws change. We’ll update the Effective date above and may add an in-app notice for material changes.
